Martin is the founder and Managing Director of NImbus Disability – a successful user-led Social Enterprise which provides consultancy services to businesses across the UK and beyond. Martin also created the ever-growing Access Card scheme which has over 1/2 Million users and venues as diverse and Peppa Pig World and The O2 Arena.

The successes of the company have earned Martin recognition with an MBE, an Honorary Degree and a previous listing in the Power 100. His proudest achievement was receiving a Queens Award for Innovation for the Access Card scheme

We stand on the shoulders of giants and must respect and appreciate the work that disabled people before us have achieved; enabling us open doors of opportunity for the next generation
