Alfie’s artistic vision is shaped by a meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering determination to prove people wrong. Since receiving his first DSLR camera as a Christmas gift in 2015, Alfie has tirelessly honed his craft. Once alienated by his peers, Alfie found an affinity to animals that guided him through his darkest moments. As a child, he sought solace in wildlife magazines and documentaries; now as an adult his work has been featured by BBC Earth and is lauded by celebrities including Sir David Attenborough. Alfie’s work is noted for the ‘tenderness of his soul and the sharpness of his mind’ and extends far beyond his photography. He works passionately alongside charities and uses his own platform to raise awareness of autism, and mental health conditions. Alfie vows to be a voice for the voiceless. He has one goal — to change the world for autistic people and he won’t settle until that goal has been fulfilled.

“I think that if you have been afforded a voice, however small, then you should use it to instigate positive change. It’s not an option – it’s a duty, and to forfeit that duty, to keep life easy, to not rock the boat, is simply unforgivable and thus I am now determined to use the platform I have built through my art to change the world for children with special educational needs, in 2021 we should not be forced to feel like we are alien or that the only escape is suicide.”
