Georgia is currently studying for her master’s in special educational needs and inclusion (SEN&I). She is also the South East Representative for the Whizz-Kidz, Kidz Board, a group of young wheelchair users passionate about raising awareness of the issues that affect everyday life.
Georgia is passionate about supporting other young disabled people to gain confidence and achieve great things in their life and better society. She believes everyone deserves and should have the opportunity to feel accepted and included and to access any opportunities they want to take up and pursue.
“I was a judge in 2022 as part of the judging process, my category was the Rising Star Award. I had the opportunity of announcing the award winners in 2022, and I have been asked back on the judges panel again this year. I thoroughly enjoyed taking part last year, and I am very grateful to have been asked back again this year. I decided to say yes because of how much fun I had been part of the panel last year, and I was interested and excited by the change-up and refresh of this year’s DP100. A lot of the different categories resonated with me and my personal situation.”
