Ian Harper
Service Quality Director, Aspire Living
For the last 10 years, Ian has been the Service Quality Director for Aspire Living which is part of the Thera Group. he uses his lived experience to co-work with the CEO and together they are the executive team of the organisation.
Ian’s role includes ensuring the people supported have their voice heard and that they have the support of their choice from the great staff teams. Ian also works alongside external organisations to influence change and equality for people with a Learning Disability.
Outside of his Service Quality Director role, Ian is also currently the Chair of The Athlete Leadership Team for Special Olympics GB and Sargent Shriver International Global Messenger for Special Olympics Europe Eurasia Region.
