“I am very lucky to know and work with many disabled people, from whom I learn so much, as well as through my own lived experience. My motivation is driven by seeing so much talent going unrecognised and unrewarded. Everyone would benefit from a world of work which is more inclusive and accessible, and where disabled people can thrive.”
