I founded my first company, C Talent, while in the hospital, which was later acquired by Whalar. C Talent, championing Disabled talent, reshapes the entertainment industry with an artist roster of 50 million. Post-acquisition, I co-founded Making Space Media (MSM) with Sophie Morgan, a Disabled-led media company with a first-look deal with Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine. We also introduced Zetta, a talent acquisition platform creating accessible employment paths in the media industry. As a Disability expert, I’ve engaged with figures like President Biden and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and served on Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation’s advisory board. A speaker for companies like LEGO and UN, I played a key role in MTV’s Mental Health Youth Action Forum. With laureate recognition from the Youth Activist Summit and awards like The Diana Award and Forbes 30 Under 30, I’ve led projects like C Talent’s film “Accessing Disabled Audiences” and the Cannes Lions-winning campaign #WeThe15.
