Will is a Paralympic swimmer, world finalist and British record holder.

He gained his first competitive international experience at 2021’s European Championships in Madeira before becoming a Paralympian at the postponed Tokyo 2020 Games. In June 2022, he smashed the British record on his way to a fifth-place finish at the World Championships and will go on to compete for England at the Commonwealth Games in 2022.

Since the Paralympics, Will has spoken openly about his experience with achondroplasia, and has campaigned to raise awareness of disability hate crime and abuse.

Will also is a TEDx speaker, having presented his talk Challenges of a Paralympian at the TEDxlLukelyBrook event in March 2022.

Will is currently training to be a professional keynote speaker and travels the country speaking to schools, clubs and companies about his experience.
